A-Vantage International Recruitment Corp. joined the annual Job Fair conducted by Department of Labor and Employment and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration. This is to celebrate the Labor Day which is celebrated world-wide. The nationwide job fair was conducted through online using the e-services of POEA. Many local companies and international agencies joined the virtual job fair and A-Vantage International Recruitment Corp. was part of it.
Public Employment and Service Office (PESO) held an online job fair in Baguio City. A-Vantage International Recruitment Corp. joined the online job fair held in Baguio City through LGU’s PESO in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration. The online job fair for international recruitment was held last February 22 to 26, 2021.
The POEA Governing Board released resolution no. 17 series of 2020 which lifted the temporary ban of deployment of newly hire nurses, nursing aides, and nursing assistants provided that their deployment shall be subject to travel restrictions of the host country and execution of Declaration signifying their knowledge and understanding of the risks involved as advised by the Philippine Government.
Effective on January 2021, POEA imposed an annual deployment ceiling of 5000 Health Care Workers until such time that the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) would decide to increase such ceiling.

A-Vantage International Recruitment Corp. will continue to recruit Filipino nurses to Germany to deliver a better quality in their lives.

POEA Governing Board Released GB resolution no. 4 series of 2016 which allows private recruitment agencies in recruitment, deployment, and employment of Filipino nurses to Germany. The said resolution paved way for the licensed recruitment agencies to help in acquisition of nurses outside of the Triple Win Project.
Moreover, GB Resolution no. 4 s. 2016 states that the Private Recruitment Agencies are not allowed to collect placement fees from the nurse-applicants but are allowed to charge service fees from the employers. Other fees to be paid by the employer are the Preparatory German Language Training fee, VISA and Visa Stamping fees, POEA processing fee, OWWA Contribution, and airfare. Private Recruitment Agencies are also required to pay for the nurse’s compulsory insurance coverage. However, the applicants will have to pay for their passports, medical tests, government clearances and membership with the government insurances (SSS, Pag-Ibig, and PhilHealth).
